How VooHr works

VooHr brings an employee directory and conversation records into one HR workspace. Its analysis is generated from text you provide; people remain responsible for checking the source and deciding what to do.

Start with an employee record #

An administrator can add employees individually or import a CSV. Directory fields include name, email, phone, department, position, employment type, work mode, joining date, and reporting manager. Employee names and contact details are encrypted as fields; other directory fields are stored separately. Managers see a scoped directory for their team, while administrators can access the organization roster.

To connect a conversation to a person, select the employee when creating a session. The employee record and the session are separate records, so check the selected person before saving. A conversation can also exist without an employee association when created through other supported intake paths.

  1. Add an employee record or import the organization CSV.
  2. Choose the employee when creating a conversation session.
  3. Record, upload, or enter a transcript, then review and save it.
  4. Request an analysis and check its output against the transcript.
  5. Record a follow-up only after confirming it with the people involved.

Create a conversation record #

From the recording workspace, you can record browser microphone audio, upload supported audio for transcription, extract text from an image, or paste/type a transcript. Review and edit the transcript before saving. Saving creates a session record; the transcript is the input used for analysis. A saved transcript can be re-opened in the workspace and changed.

The current upload controls accept audio up to 25 MB in the browser, images up to 10 MB, and plain-text TXT uploads without a separate client-side size limit. The application also enforces its own request and record limits.

Review, then decide #

When you request an analysis, VooHr sends transcript text to the configured language-model provider and stores returned output against that session. It can also retain analyses by output language. The analysis offers possible interpretations and suggested actions, not verified facts about a person.

Use the transcript and your knowledge of the situation to test each suggestion. VooHr does not make an employment decision for you. Commitments and follow-ups can be recorded as explicit HR-confirmed memory items; the visual reminder button in the five-step page is not connected to reminder creation.

Use this guidance thoughtfully

This page describes the current product workflow; it is not an HR policy or a promise about every deployment. Before acting on information about an employee, verify the source record, consider context the system cannot see, and use your organization's process. If a control behaves differently from this guide, check the current workspace UI and confirm the saved result rather than assuming an action completed.
