Conversation Strategy
Conversation Strategy offers possible goals, focus areas, opening and follow-up questions, replies, and listening cues. These are generated suggestions, not a required script or an automated conversation.
What the suggestions use #
The model creates this section from the transcript and its preceding analysis. It may include a conversation goal, focus, example questions, a possible response, a suggested reply, things to listen for, and an indicator of success.
A proposed question may assume facts not established in the conversation or may sound unnatural in your setting. A predicted employee response is only an example generated by the model; it is not evidence of what the employee thinks or will say.
Adapt before speaking #
Verify the context, replace any leading premise, and use language that fits the employee and your relationship. Ask one clear question at a time, listen to the answer, and allow the employee to correct the record. Do not treat the model's suggested response as a script the employee should match.
The prompts are generated content, not connected to a live interview, calendar, or employee messaging action. Hardcoded probe questions elsewhere in the view are not functioning generated recommendations.
Define success with the people involved #
A generated success indicator is a suggestion, not a stored outcome metric. Agree with the employee on a practical next step and how you will know whether it helped. Record a commitment only after confirming the wording, owner, and due date.
If important facts are missing, use a clarifying conversation rather than drawing a conclusion from the generated strategy.
