Understanding the analysis

Psychological Safety

This section summarizes possible safety-related signals in one transcript. It is an interpretation of text, not a measurement of an employee's actual psychological state.

What it shows #

The generated analysis can include a safety score, evidence, defensive-behaviour notes, a sentiment label, and a qualitative confidence label. The separate phrasing review can identify exact HR phrases and suggest alternative wording. These outputs are based on the transcript content provided for that run.

The displayed score should be read as an indicator for the conversation being reviewed. It is not a validated organizational survey result, a clinical assessment, or a stable trait score for the employee.

What can affect it #

Speech recognition mistakes, missing turns, unclear speaker labels, sarcasm, cultural context, translated wording, and omitted events can change the interpretation. A transcript may contain an HR observation but not the employee's broader circumstances. Some fields may be absent when evidence is limited.

Confidence labels describe a model-generated signal level; they are not a calibrated probability that an assertion is true. A visible quote helps locate a passage, but does not guarantee the interpretation drawn from it.

How to use it responsibly #

Read the source transcript before using the section. Ask an open, non-leading question to check your understanding and allow the employee to correct the account. Record only facts you have confirmed through the appropriate process.

If the page shows no data, do not interpret that as a positive or negative result. It means the relevant analysis field is not available for this conversation.

Use this guidance thoughtfully

This page describes the current product workflow; it is not an HR policy or a promise about every deployment. Before acting on information about an employee, verify the source record, consider context the system cannot see, and use your organization's process. If a control behaves differently from this guide, check the current workspace UI and confirm the saved result rather than assuming an action completed.
