Understanding the analysis

Action Blueprint

The Action Blueprint turns model interpretations into possible next steps. Suggestions are drafts for HR consideration; VooHr does not carry them out for you.

What it may contain #

The generated step can include immediate and this-week actions, manager and employee actions, an environmental consideration, a success measure, an expected outcome, and a reason for the suggestion. The content comes from the selected conversation transcript and the model's interpretation of it.

The suggestions may be generic, impractical, based on an incorrect inferred cause, or unsuitable for your policies. A proposed success measure is not a system-tracked KPI unless you separately record and measure it.

Review feasibility and fairness #

Before using an action, check whether the source supports it, whether the employee has been heard, and whether the action fits their role and circumstances. Separate commitments the employee actually made from ideas the model proposed. Do not represent suggested action as agreement.

If you decide to proceed, discuss the step with the employee and record a commitment only when it has been explicitly confirmed. A visible Set reminder button in the five-step analysis is visual-only; it does not create a reminder or calendar event.

Follow through outside the suggestion #

Use the actual conversation-memory and meeting tools to save confirmed commitments or follow-ups where those features are available. Set due dates and owners explicitly there, then review the saved record to confirm it persisted.

The analysis does not automatically modify employee records, send an action to a manager, or schedule a meeting. You remain responsible for permissions, documentation, and follow-up.

Use this guidance thoughtfully

This page describes the current product workflow; it is not an HR policy or a promise about every deployment. Before acting on information about an employee, verify the source record, consider context the system cannot see, and use your organization's process. If a control behaves differently from this guide, check the current workspace UI and confirm the saved result rather than assuming an action completed.
