1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VooVr (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service. These Terms govern your relationship with VooVr ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

2. Use of Service

VooVr provides AI‑assisted HR conversation analysis, sentiment scoring, and workforce insights. You may use the Service solely for internal business purposes in accordance with applicable law. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for ensuring that any data you upload (e.g., employee conversation transcripts) is processed in compliance with privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and local labor laws.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date registration information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and restrict access to authorized personnel only.
• Do not use the Service to harass, discriminate, or violate any employment law.
• Do not attempt to reverse‑engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models.

4. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, process, and protect personal data—including HR conversation transcripts, sentiment scores, and employee identifiers. By using the Service you consent to the practices described therein.

5. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, non‑payment, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we will delete or anonymize your data in accordance with our data‑retention schedule (see Privacy Policy).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VooVr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use or inability to use the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in‑app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
