What VooVr Does
VooVr is a privacy-first conversation memory for HR teams. It keeps meetings, voice notes and follow-ups in one place, so the context behind a decision is never lost between calls.
Managers dictate a note after a conversation and VooVr turns it into a record with action items and a suggested follow-up. HR reads what it produces, edits it, and decides what happens next — the software never acts on its own, and it never makes a judgement about a person. Where VooVr shows wellness signals, they are explainable suggestions for a person to review, never a verdict.

People first. Every feature starts with a real need from an employee or a manager, not the other way round.
Privacy by default. We share only what each provider needs. Names and emails are encrypted at rest. Access is role-based, and sensitive actions are logged. You can see exactly who we work with on our sub-processors page.
Humans decide. VooVr can show explainable wellness signals, so you notice who may need support. Signals are suggestions, never verdicts. A person reviews them and decides what happens next.
